Tour of French Baking


Hello ,

In french cooking what are the three important ingredients?

Any Guesses?


Butter, Butter and Butter.

With butter everything tests better.Isn't it? No matter sweet or savory.


Here are some snaps of my latest baking experiments.Soon I will post the recipes.

  1. The Fresh berry tarts (pictured above) were the best I have ever tasted. What really stood out was they tasted so natural and fresh without any artificial or synthetic flavor or taste and the sweetness was just right. Thanks Renu, I'll always remember those.
